Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor block-making machines and related equipment
* Mix raw materials (cement, sand, water, aggregates) to required specifications
* Ensure consistent quality and proper curing of blocks
* Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards
* Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery
* Load and unload materials and finished products
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Keep accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors
Requirements & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous experience in a block factory, construction, or manufacturing environment is an advantage
* Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
* Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum Qualification Requirements
2 years experience in construction work
Can operate the electric block machine in the second image

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Block Factory Operator to oversee the production of concrete blocks and ensure efficient operation of machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining production quality, meeting output targets, and ensuring safety standards are followed at all times.
NB: Salary is dependent on the number cement bags molded and paid Biweekly. Current pay per bag is 30 cedis
