Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and generate sales.
Follow up leads through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Present and recommend our products to customers.
Conduct live selling sessions on social media.
Demonstrate products and engage viewers during live streams.
Create short product/promotion videos when required.
Convert online enquiries and viewers into customers.
Meet assigned sales targets.
Requirements & Skills
Has good communication and sales skills.
Is confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
Can speak clearly and engage an audience.
Is comfortable going LIVE whenever required.
Is energetic, presentable and customer-friendly.
Has some knowledge of social media platforms.
Has an interest in interiors, furniture, curtains and blinds.
Previous sales, retail or live-selling experience is an advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
First Degree - Fresh Graduates, Post National Service.
