Cold Store Shop Attendant

· Stock and organize frozen food products in storage units and display freezers · Assist customers with product selection and answer basic questions about frozen items · Check and rotate stock to ensure freshness and avoid freezer burn · Maintain cleanliness of freezers, shelves, and the shop floor · Receive and unpack deliveries, checking for damage or temperature issues · Operate the cash register and process customer payments (if applicable)

· Ability to work in a cold environment (with provided gear) · Basic math and customer service skills · Attention to detail for stock rotation and labeling · Physical ability to lift up to [e.g., 25 lbs / 12 kg] of frozen goods · Punctual and reliable

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required · Must be able to follow basic safety and hygiene rules
