*1. Sales & Dispensing (Under Supervision)*
- Sell OTC medicines (Paracetamol, Blood tonics, etc.) - NOT prescription-only unless pharmacist approves
- Receive prescriptions and hand to pharmacist for vetting
- Pre-pack, label, and count medicines as directed by pharmacist
- Collect payment, issue receipt, balance daily sales
*2. Customer Care*
- Greet customers.
- Advise on minor ailments (cough, cold, headache) within your scope
- Refer anything serious to the pharmacist — chest pain, pregnancy, baby under 3 months, diabetes complications.
- Explain how to take medicine: dose, when, with food or not
*3. Stock & Shop*
- Check expiry dates every month — first to expire, first out
- Keep shelves neat, price tags visible
- Receive stock from suppliers, check invoice vs goods
- Keep controlled area clean — sweep, dust, no food near medicines
- Keep temperature log (fridge 2-8°C, shop below 30°C)
