Showroom Manager

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure smooth business activities. 2. Supervise and manage showroom staff to achieve sales and customer service goals. 3. Attend to customers professionally, providing product information and excellent service. 4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management. 6. Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. 7. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management. 8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. 9. Conduct product demonstrations or accompany customers when necessary. 10. Drive company vehicles when required for business-related duties.

•Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant work experience in showroom management, sales, or retail management. •Must possess strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. •Applicant must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license. •Strong sales and negotiation skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. •Professional appearance and positive attitude. •Good computer knowledge is an added advantage.
