Grader Operator

Operate the motor grader safely and efficiently for road construction, grading and leveling. Perform grading, leveling, road shaping and site preparation according to project requirements. Conduct daily pre-start and post-operation inspections. Carry out basic routine maintenance and report mechanical or hydraulic faults. Adjust the blade and machine controls according to ground conditions and job requirements. Follow all HSE and site safety procedures. Maintain proper records of machine hours, fuel usage and maintenance. Keep the motor grader clean and in good working condition.

Minimum 3 years of experience operating a motor grader. Proven experience in road construction, civil works, mining or quarry operations. Good knowledge of grading, leveling and road shaping. Ability to identify basic mechanical and hydraulic faults. Good understanding of heavy equipment safety procedures. Valid heavy equipment/operator’s license or relevant certification is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime or shifts when required.
