Requirements & Skills
Minimum Requirements: Education: SHS certificate, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field. Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Age: 20 years and above. Location: Must reside within or around the branch area. Availability: Willingness to work full-time and on performance-based compensation. Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain insurance products clearly and persuasively. Salesmanship: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a result-oriented mindset. Customer Service: Ability to build rapport, maintain relationships, and provide exceptional client care. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage appointments efficiently. Resilience and Persistence: Willingness to face rejection, remain focused, and keep pushing toward targets.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum qualification requirements: a minimum of a senior high school (shs) certificate or its equivalent. Tertiary qualification (hnd/degree) in marketing, business, or related fields is an added advantage. Must be 20 years or older and reside within or near the branch location. Prior sales experience is helpful but not compulsory—training will be provided. Must be willing to work under a performance-based structure.
