Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and assist with product selection
Promote and sell home fitness equipment and gym accessories
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
Create and post engaging content (videos, reels, product demos) on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Manage daily social media activity (posting, replying to DMs/comments)
Assist with packaging and processing customer orders
Maintain shop cleanliness and proper producarrangement
Track basic sales and customer interactions
Requirements & Skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge or strong interest in fitness and wellness
Ability to create social media content (videos, reels, captions)
Confident speaking on camera
Sales and persuasion skills
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Must be proactive, disciplined, and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of shs certificate (wassce)
at least 1 year experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
experience in social media management or content creation is an added advantage
