Responsibilities
Waiters and waitresses will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking food and drink orders, serving meals, ensuring tables are clean and properly arranged, responding politely to customer requests, supporting smooth restaurant operations, and ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Requirements & Skills
Good customer service skills, friendly and respectful attitude, good communication skills, neat appearance, ability to work under pressure, basic knowledge of food service, honesty, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Must be attentive, polite, and able to serve customers professionally.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of bece or shs/wassce certificate or equivalent. Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or food service environment is an advantage but not compulsory. Applicant must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in english.
