• Edit long-form YouTube videos professionally • Edit YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content • Add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, background music, zoom effects, and motion graphics • Improve audience retention through engaging editing styles • Create cinematic and viral-style edits when required • Sync voiceovers, music, and visuals professionally • Source and organize B-roll footage when necessary • Create clean and professional pacing for storytelling videos • Follow brand style, editing instructions, and content direction • Deliver videos on schedule and maintain consistent communication • Work closely with the content creator to improve video quality and engagement

Requirements • experience editing youtube videos professionally • strong knowledge of youtube editing trends and audience retention • experience using adobe premiere pro, final cut pro, davinci resolve, capcut, or similar software • ability to add captions, animations, transitions, and visual effects • ability to meet deadlines consistently • creative mindset and attention to detail • experience editing viral-style or storytelling content is a pluse preferred skills: • thumbnail design experience • motion graphics experience • basic color grading and audio enhancement • understanding of youtube seo and viewer engagement • experience editing talking-head videos and documentary/storytelling content
