Bissap drink is a popular, vibrant Hibiscus tea beverage enjoyed in many West African countries (especially Senegal, Ghana, Mali and Nigeria). It’s made from the dried calyces (sepals) of the hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), which give it a deepruby-red color and a refreshingly tart, fruity flavor.
