Responsibilities
Cut, construct, and sew sample garments and production pieces based on technical specs and measurements.
Operate industrial sewing machines (Lockstitch/Overlock/Coverstitch).
Ensure neat seam finishes, accurate sizing, and high-quality craftsmanship on all garments.
Assist with fitting revisions, alterations, and pattern adjustments.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in garment construction, tailoring, or sample making.
Ability to work with structured fabrics, heavy cottons, knits, or denim.
Strong attention to detail, clean finishing, and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Experience reading basic measurement spec sheets or patterns is a strong plus.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
