Dispatch Rider Wanted

-Pick up and deliver customer packages safely and on time. - Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers. - Complete a minimum daily delivery target as assigned. - Follow assigned delivery routes and operational procedures. - Submit daily delivery reports. - Handle company property responsibly (motorcycle, helmet, delivery bag, etc.). - Obey all road traffic regulations and safety requirements. - Report accidents, breakdowns, delays, or incidents immediately. - Keep the motorcycle clean and perform basic daily safety checks.

Requirements - valid ghana card. - valid class a motorcycle licence. - good knowledge of accra roads and surrounding areas. - honest, punctual, and responsible. - able to use a smartphone, google maps, and whatsapp. - previous dispatch or delivery experience is an advantage.

- Must be at least 18 years of age. - Must possess a valid Ghana Card. - Must hold a valid Class A Motorcycle Riding Licence. - Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of local Ghanaian languages is an added advantage. - Must know the roads and communities within Accra and surrounding areas. - Must be physically fit and capable of riding for extended periods. - Must own and be able to operate an Android smartphone with WhatsApp and Google Maps. - Must have a good attitude, be honest, punctual, and customer-oriented. - Previous dispatch or delivery experience is an advantage but not mandatory. - Must be willing to comply with all company operational policies, safety standards, and performance requirements.
