A barber is responsible for providing hair care and grooming services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Common responsibilities include: Cutting, trimming, and styling hair according to the client's preferences. Shaving and trimming beards and mustaches. Providing hair washing, scalp treatments, and basic grooming services. Recommending suitable hairstyles and grooming products. Sterilizing and maintaining barbering tools and equipment. Keeping the barber shop clean, organized, and hygienic. Delivering excellent customer service by communicating professionally and listening to clients' needs. Processing payments and maintaining sales records where required. Staying updated on the latest haircut styles, grooming techniques, and industry trends.

Creativity and styling – Ability to create different hairstyles and adapt styles to customers' preferences. Basic cash-handling skills Hair-cutting skills – Ability to perform different cuts, trims, fades, and styles. Beard grooming – Skill in trimming, shaping, and maintaining beards and moustaches. Customer service – Ability to communicate politely, understand customers' needs, and provide a good experience.

Education: Basic education/Junior High School certificate or equivalent. Technical Competence: Ability to perform basic haircuts, trimming, fading, shaving, and beard grooming.
