Dispatch Rider Needed

Pick up and deliver parcels, food, documents and other items safely and on time * Maintain professionalism and good customer service with clients * Keep accurate records of deliveries, payments and fuel usage * Ensure the motorcycle is kept clean and properly maintained * Follow traffic regulations and ride safely at all times * Report any bike faults, accidents or issues immediately * Use WhatsApp, Google Maps and phone calls effectively for deliveries * Return the bike after each shift/day as required by management

Honest, responsible and punctual * good knowledge of accra roads and surrounding areas * ability to use smartphones, whatsapp and google maps * good communication and customer service skills * must be safety conscious and careful while riding * ability to work flexible shifts * must be trustworthy and able to handle customer payments responsibly * preference for riders living around tse addo, teshie, la, labadi, trade fair or nearby areas

Valid ghana card * valid motorcycle license * minimum of 1–2 years riding experience * basic english communication and reading skills * shs education or equivalent is an advantage
