Customer Service , Sales Assistant or Sales Representative

Welcome and assist customers professionally. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Promote and sell products or services to customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Work with the team to achieve sales targets.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a friendly and confident attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and email). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Honest, reliable, and well-presented. Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage, but not required.
