Responsibilities
Maintain a high-standard, professional ghost kitchen operation at The Residence.
Provide a premium, curated Food & Beverage menu for Airbnb residents and guests.
Manage all kitchen logistics, including sourcing, inventory, and staff (if applicable).
Ensure strict adherence to FDA health and safety standards.
Consistently meet delivery timelines for both residential and external orders.
Requirements & Skills
Must have an existing food business or brand with a verifiable track record/traction.
Expertise in culinary management and delivery-optimized menu design.
Proficiency in digital platforms (social media, delivery apps, etc.).
Excellent communication skills for guest relations.
Strong financial management skills for revenue-sharing reporting.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
At least 2+ years of experience running a commercial kitchen or catering business.
Valid Food Handler's Certificate or relevant health clearance.
Proof of existing business presence (Social media handles, business registration, or a client portfolio).
Must be ready to move operations to the Tesano facility immediately.
