Email for Application: psc.inghana2025@gmail.com We are looking for a young, honest, hardworking and fast-learning E-commerce Operations Assistant to join our small but growing online business in Accra. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate or someone with 0–2 years of working experience who is willing to learn and grow with the company. Training will be provided, but the applicant must be serious, punctual, trustworthy and ready to work. Location: Tesano, Accra Applicants living around Tesano, Achimota, Lapaz, Abeka, Circle or nearby areas will be preferred, because the job requires daily office work, order packing, customer support and sometimes product/content shooting. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable based on ability and experience
Requirements & Skills
Main Responsibilities: Upload products to Jumia, Facebook Marketplace and other online platforms. Record online and offline orders into our order management system. Pack customer orders and prepare them for delivery. Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp, Jiji and Facebook. Answer basic customer questions and guide customers to place orders. Follow up on delivery, returned orders and after-sales issues. Take simple product photos and videos. Shoot simple product or installation videos when needed. Use ChatGPT to prepare captions, product descriptions and simple customer replies. Use CapCut to edit simple product videos for social media. Send edited videos and content to the manager for review before posting. Report daily work progress to the manager.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Honest, responsible and willing to learn. Good written and spoken English. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook and social media. Able to communicate politely with customers. Detail-oriented and careful with customer orders. Willing to do different types of work, including customer service, order processing, packing, product uploading and content support. Able to follow instructions and report work clearly. Must be punctual and reliable. Must be willing to learn new tools and systems.
