• design and sell ticketing, corporate travel, mice events, and tour packages. • negotiate with airlines, embassies, schools, hotels, and dmcs. • manage bookings, visas, admissions, and logistics. • ensure excellent customer experience with 24/7 support. • oversee compliance with iata, gta, and study abroad regulations

• education: degree in tourism/hospitality. • experience: 5–8 years in travel operations. • certification: iata certification is mandatory. • technical skills: gds systems (amadeus, sabre, galileo). • core competencies: vendor negotiation, crisis management, customer service. • personal attributes: service-oriented, culturally aware, proactive problem solver
