The ideal candidate should have good observation and communication skills, be physically fit, disciplined, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently. Previous security experience is an advantage. Practical hands-on skills in masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, painting, or another relevant trade are highly preferred. The candidate should also be able to carry out basic repairs safely, follow instructions, respond calmly to emergencies, and work respectfully with students, teachers, parents, and management.
