Follow up with clients, handle questions/complaints, and keep existing accounts happy so they reorder and refer others. Sales doesn’t end at the first purchase.
*3. Report & Coordinate Internally*
Update CRM with sales activity, forecast revenue, share customer feedback with marketing/product teams, and work with delivery/finance to make sure orders actually get fulfilled.
