Responsibilities
*1. Customer Service & Selling:* To greet customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and close sales to meet targets.
*2. Product Knowledge & Merchandising:* To have good knowledge of products, arrange displays, ensure correct pricing, and keep the sales area neat.
*3. Stock & Cash Handling:* To monitor stock levels, assist with restocking, and accurately handle cash, mobile money, or card payments when required.
Requirements & Skills
1. Minimum of SHS certificate / Diploma
2. Good communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
3. Honest, presentable, and able to work under minimal supervision
