Responsibilities

Lead, manage and coach the sales team. Set daily & monthly sales targets, monitor team performance. Develop new wholesale customers and maintain existing clients. Promote our products: mobile phones, phone accessories, electrical goods and lead-acid batteries. Track sales data, prepare regular sales reports for management. Resolve customer enquiries and complaints. Arrange team daily work schedule.

Requirements & Skills

Must have proven sales team management experience. Good communication and negotiation skills. Familiar with Ghana local wholesale market. Target-driven, honest, reliable and hard-working. Basic computer skills for sales record keeping. Able to train and motivate sales staff.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Senior High School certificate or higher. Minimum 2 years sales management experience.
