Sales Executives Needed Urgently at Tema and Accra

*1. Sales & Customer Acquisition* - Identify and approach new potential clients to grow the customer base - Present products/services to clients and close sales deals - Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets *2. Client Relationship Management* - Maintain good relationships with existing customers through follow-ups - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support - Advise clients on products, pricing, and promotions that suit their needs *3. Market Research & Reporting* - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback - Keep accurate records of sales, orders, and client information in CRM/Excel - Submit regular sales reports to management and suggest strategies to boost sales

*1. Requirements* - *Education*: SHS Certificate minimum. Diploma/HND/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage - *Experience*: 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or customer service. Experience in FMCG, retail, telecom, or direct sales is a plus *2. Skills* - *Sales & Communication Skills*: - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills - Excellent verbal and written communication + customer service - Target-driven, self-motivated, and good at building relationships - Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and social media/WhatsApp for sales - Good presentation and networking skills
