Responsibilities
Develop new clients , including manufacturing plants, auto repair shops, logistics companies, and fleet operators. Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and provide professional product consultations. Achieve monthly sales targets, including order follow-up, payment collection, and delivery coordination. Record client visits and submit weekly sales reports to the sales manager. Gather market feedback and competitor information to support sales strategy adjustments. Promote our brand at local business events, exhibitions, and client visits.
Requirements & Skills
Basic English communication skills (oral and written) to interact with local clients. Able to work independently and travel around Tema/Greater Accra for field visits. Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Proactive, hardworking, and able to work under sales pressure. Basic knowledge of industrial/automotive products is a plus but not required. Previous sales experience in FMCG, auto parts, or lubricants is an advantage. Must be willing to learn lubricant product knowledge and sales techniques.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education: Senior High School / Diploma or above (technical/vocational graduates are welcome). Experience: No prior sales experience required — full on-the-job training provided. Age: 20–35 years old. Documentation: Must hold a valid Ghana Card. Commuting: Able to arrange own transport for field visits (valid driver’s license is a plus).

2 years
Salary includes basic salary, commission and subsidies. There is a 3-month probation period, and you will become a full-time employee upon qualified performance. We provide free onboarding training with a clear career progression path.
