Direct Sales Executive

1. Generate and source leads through field prospecting and customer engagement 2. Approach potential sellers and businesses and convert them into active customers 3. Explain Jiji features and demonstrate how sellers can increase visibility and sales 4. Assist customers to open accounts and successfully register on the Jiji app 5. Support clients to upload adverts and resolve any issues they may face 6. Maintain monthly follow-ups with clients to encourage package renewals 7. Consistently update CRM systems with accurate customer data

1. Ability to work in a performance-driven environment 2. Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills 3. Positive mindset and strong determination to meet targets 4. Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

1. Less than 1 year experience in sales (preferred) 2. Must have a smartphone 3. Must live in Tema and its environs
