Responsibilities
1. *customer service & sales*
greet customers, assist them to find items, answer questions about products, and close sales politely. Good service = repeat customers.
2. *stock management & display*
receive, unpack, and arrange goods on shelves. Check stock levels, rotate items fifo, and keep the shop neat and well-presented.
3. *cash handling & shop cleanliness*
handle cash, momo, or pos payments accurately and issue receipts. Keep the counter, floor, and display areas clean throughout the day
