greet customers, direct them to items, answer questions on price, location, or usage. Help carry items, find alternatives if out of stock, and suggest related products.

3. *operate cash register & handle payments*
scan items, bag goods, and process cash, card, or momo payments accurately. Give correct change and receipts. Count till at start/end of shift.
