Cook / Chef* - Prepare and cook delicious local and continental dishes - Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene standards - Keep kitchen clean and follow food safety rules - Manage food stock and report when items finish *2. Waiter / Waitress* - Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome - Take food and drink orders correctly and serve quickly - Answer questions about menu and help customers choose - Keep tables clean and ensure customers are satisfied - Work with kitchen staff and handle payments *3. Cashier / Kitchen Assistant / Cleaner* - Handle cash, MoMo, and give correct change and receipts - Assist cooks with food prep and dish washing - Keep restaurant, tables, and washrooms neat and clean - Pack takeaway orders and welcome delivery riders - Report any issues to supervisor

Cook / Chef_ - Must be able to cook tasty local dishes (Jollof, Banku, Fufu) and small continental - Must know food hygiene and kitchen safety - Must be neat, fast, and hardworking - At least 1-2 years experience in restaurant or chop bar _2. Waiter / Waitress_ - Must be polite, friendly, and have a neat appearance - Must be fast, smart, and able to work under pressure - Must have good communication and customer service skills - Must be able to handle bills and serve customers quickly _3. Cashier / Kitchen Assistant / Cleaner_ - Must be honest and good with handling cash and MoMo - Must be neat and able to keep place clean - Must be polite and friendly with customers - Must be able to work with team and follow instructions
