Responsibilities
*1. Cook Food*
- Prepare and cook meals as ordered by customers
- Make sure food is tasty, clean, and well cooked
*2. Keep Kitchen Clean*
- Wash utensils, clean stoves, and keep work area neat
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules
*3. Manage Ingredients*
- Check ingredients, report what is finished
- Help store food properly so it doesn't spoil
Requirements & Skills
- Must know how to cook local dishes (Jollof, Fried Rice, Banku, Fufu) and some continental
- Must be fast and able to cook for many people
- Must know how to make food tasty and presentable
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- JHS / SHS graduate or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years experience as a cook / kitchen assistant
- Must be 20 years and above
- Must be able to read and write basic English
- Must live within Accra or able to come to work early
- Must be neat, healthy, and hardworking
