Drinks Preparation & Mixology* - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, mocktails, and juices according to standard recipes. - Create new cocktail recipes, show mixology skills and flair to attract customers. - Ensure taste, quality and presentation of all drinks is excellent. *2. Bar Operations & Customer Service* - Welcome guests, take orders, recommend drinks and upsell to increase sales. - Maintain cleanliness of bar, bottles, glasses, and bar tools at all times. - Handle customer complaints politely and ensure excellent customer experience. *3. Stock, Cash & Safety Management* - Manage bar stock, inventory, requisitions and prevent wastage / theft. - Handle cash, POS, bills and daily sales records accurately. - Follow all health, safety and hygiene rules and ensure legal drinking age compliance.
