Warehouse Officer

* Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inspecting, and issuing inventory and automotive parts. * Maintain accurate inventory records, ledgers, and documentation to prevent stock discrepancies. * Coordinate the timely loading, offloading, sorting, and dispatch of goods to customers and sales channels. * Ensure proper organization, labeling, shelving, and stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) for efficient identification and retrieval. * Enforce strict safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse facility. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory status reports for management review.

* Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). * Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities. * Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. * Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. * Physical fitness and capability to handle warehouse lifting and material handling requirements when necessary.

* Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor's Degree, or professional certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 1 to 3 years of proven hands-on experience working in a warehouse, stock control, or inventory management role (previous experience in automotive parts distribution is an added advantage).
