• Maintaining up to date client account records in accordance with financial policies.
• Daily record of account payable and account receivables.
• Maintaining accurate accounting records, ledgers and files.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Keeping proper records of fuel usage by equipment and cars.
• Checking invoices before forwarding for payment.
• Supporting in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Coordinating with accountant to maintain efficient record keeping standards.
• Securing financials information by completing data base backups.
• Performing other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
