Polyphony & Timbrality: The unit offers 32-voice polyphony and is 16-part multi-timbral, meaning it can play 16 different instruments (one on each MIDI channel) simultaneously. Presets: It contains 192 patches/presets, with 64 user-programmable slots (64-127) and 128 ROM (read-only) patches. Sound Architecture: Each preset can be composed of up to two "instruments" (samples), which can be blended, velocity-switched, or layered. Up to four presets can be linked for more complex sounds. Editing & Control: While lacking extensive front-panel editing, it offers parameter editing (tuning, panning, envelopes, LFOs) via MIDI or directly via the front panel buttons.
