Factory Hand Operators

Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
- *Loading & Offloading*: Move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment in and out of the factory
- Packaging: Assist with packing, sealing, labeling, and weighing products
- *Production Support*: Help machine operators with feeding materials, basic sorting, and line work
- Cleaning & Housekeeping*: Keep work areas, machines, and surroundings clean and organized
- Stock Management*: Arrange materials in the warehouse and assist with basic inventory
-Safety: Wear PPE, follow safety rules, and report any hazards to the supervisor
- General Duties: Any other manual/support tasks assigned by the supervisor to keep production running
