Operating machines and production equipment safely. Assembling, packing, or labeling products. Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. Keeping the work area clean and organized. Following safety rules and company procedures. Loading and unloading raw materials or finished goods. Reporting faulty equipment or production issues to supervisors. Meeting daily production targets. Assisting with inventory or stock movement when required. Working effectively with team members to ensure smooth production.

Requirements Minimum of JHS, SHS, or equivalent qualification (depending on the employer) Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Willingness to work day or night shifts Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Good attendance and punctuality No prior experience required (training may be provided), though experience is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Skills Good communication skills Attention to detail Time management Ability to work as part of a team Basic problem-solving skills Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to operate or learn to operate factory equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Awareness of workplace health and safety practices

Must be 18 years or older. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift light to moderate loads. Willingness to work day or night shifts, including overtime when required. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow health and safety regulations. Punctual, reliable, and disciplined. No previous experience is required for entry-level positions, but experience in factory or production work is an added advantage.
