Port Workers Needed at Tema(Transit Yard Terminal)

*1. Container Handling & Cargo Operations:* - Safely load and offload containers/cargo from trucks, trailers and vessels using forklifts, reach stackers, and cranes - Ensure proper stacking, lashing, and arrangement of cargo in the yard to prevent damage and allow easy movement *2. Safety, Documentation & Coordination:* - Check cargo against manifest/waybill, report any shortage, damage, or discrepancy - Follow all safety procedures, wear PPE, and coordinate with tally clerks, drivers, and supervisors to ensure smooth and fast operations

*1. Education:* JHS / SHS / Technical Certificate minimum *2. Experience:* 6 months - 1 year as Port Worker / Yard Assistant / Warehouse Assistant / Forklift Operator (experience is an advantage but not compulsory - training will be given) *3. Physical Requirements:* - Must be physically strong and fit to lift heavy loads - Must be able to work long hours, shifts, and weekends *4. Skills:* - Ability to operate or assist in operating handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) - Good teamwork and communication skills - Punctual, hardworking, and obedient to safety instructions

*Education:* JHS / SHS minimum *Age:* 20 - 40 years *Gender:* Male *Requirements:* 1. Must be physically fit and strong 2. No experience needed - training will be provided 3. Must be ready to work shifts and overtime 4. Must stay close to Tema / Ashaiman / Kpone area
