Port Workers Needed at Gapoha Terminal(Transit Terminal Yard)

1. *Load & Unload Cargo* Move containers, goods, and materials on/off trucks/trailers into the yard using forklifts or manual labor. 2. *Manage & Track Cargo* Stack containers properly, label them, and keep records so every cargo’s location is known and nothing gets lost. 3. *Safety & Inspection* Check cargo for damage on arrival, wear PPE, follow safety protocols, and report any hazards or accidents

*3 main requirements* 1. *education + age*: minimum jhs/shs leaver, must be 18+ years. Should be able to read/write to follow safety instructions 2. *physical fitness*: must be physically strong, medically fit, and able to handle heavy manual labor outdoors 3. *experience*: at least *2 years experience preferred* in logistics, warehousing, or port work. No criminal record + ghana card needed. *3 key skills* 1. *equipment operation skills* - ability to use forklifts, pallet trucks, cranes safely after training 2. *safety awareness & protocols* - know ppe use, hazard reporting, and how to inspect cargo for damage 3. *attention to detail + teamwork* - to track cargo correctly, label containers, and work well with others in the yard
