Responsibilities
*Pick up and deliver parcels safely and on time.
*Verify parcel details before collection and delivery.
*Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery (POD).
*Handle all packages with care to prevent damage or loss.
*Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
*Communicate delivery updates to the operations team.
*Maintain professional and courteous customer service.
*Keep accurate records of deliveries, collections, and payments.
*Inspect the motorcycle daily before starting work.
*Ensure the motorcycle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
*Report accidents, delays, vehicle faults, or incidents immediately.
*Comply with all road traffic laws and company safety policies.
*Wear the required company uniform and personal protective equipment (helmet, reflective vest, etc.).
*Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements & Skills
* MUST HAVE A VALID LICENSE.
* GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ROUTES WITHIN ACCRA AND TEMA AND ITS ENVIRONS.
* ABILITY TO WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION
* MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT.
*MUST BE TIME CONSCIOUS.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
At least the person must have completed a basic education. (JHS)
