Responsibilities
*1. Daily Care & Safety*
Feeding, diaper changes, bathing, nap routines, and keeping the child safe and supervised at all times.
*2. Play & Development*
Age-appropriate play, reading, helping with homework, and encouraging learning through games and activities.
*3. Routine & Light Housework*
Maintaining the child’s schedule, tidying up after meals/play, washing the child’s clothes/dishes, and keeping the nursery/play area clean.
Requirements & Skills
*3 requirements & skills for a childcare nanny/babysitter:*
*1. Childcare Experience*
Hands-on experience caring for babies, toddlers, or young kids — including feeding, diaper changes, and managing routines.
*2. Safety & First Aid*
Basic first aid/CPR knowledge, plus strong awareness of childproofing and emergency response.
*3. Patience & Communication*
Calm, nurturing attitude, good at engaging kids in play/learning, and able to give parents clear updates on the child’s day.
