Strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, common-area upkeep, and attention to detail in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Experience with laundry processes, including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens and guest items.
Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests, handle requests, and support a positive guest experience.
Ability to support and participate in training activities, sharing best practices in housekeeping, bar service, and guest care.
Previous experience in hospitality, guesthouse, hotel, or bar operations is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of bar service, beverage preparation, and hygiene and safety practices is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
