Prepare and cook Chinese and continental dishes Ensure meals are prepared according to hygiene and quality standards Assist in menu planning and food presentation Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area Monitor food stock and kitchen supplies Work effectively with other kitchen staff Follow company food safety procedures

Proven experience as a chef or cook Knowledge of Chinese dishes is an added advantage Willingness to learn and undergo training if needed Ability to work under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Must be ready to relocate to Guinea-Bissau Professional attitude and cleanliness

Minimum of SHS certificate or vocational training in catering, hospitality, or culinary arts Previous experience working as a chef or cook in a restaurant, hotel, or food service establishment Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is an added advantage Candidates without Chinese cuisine experience but willing to learn and undergo training may also apply Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Must be willing and ready to relocate to Guinea-Bissau Good teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
