Minimum of SHS certificate or vocational training in catering, hospitality, or culinary arts
Previous experience working as a chef or cook in a restaurant, hotel, or food service establishment
Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is an added advantage
Candidates without Chinese cuisine experience but willing to learn and undergo training may also apply
Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Must be willing and ready to relocate to Guinea-Bissau
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
