1. **Food Preparation** * Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes, menu requirements, and quality standards. 2. **Kitchen Hygiene and Sanitation** * Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. 3. **Inventory Management** * Monitor food stock levels, report shortages, and assist in the proper storage and rotation of ingredients. 4. **Food Quality Control** * Ensure all meals are prepared, presented, and served at the required quality and portion standards. 5. **Equipment Care** * Properly use, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, reporting any faults or damages promptly. 6. **Teamwork and Customer Satisfaction** * Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure timely meal preparation and a positive dining experience for guests.
