Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, conduct and record vital signs and patient assessments, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during consultations and clinical procedures, prepare patients for examinations and treatments, maintain accurate and confidential patient records, provide health education and appropriate guidance to patients and their families, monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical professional, maintain proper infection prevention and control standards, ensure the cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas and equipment, support emergency care when required, and uphold the professional, ethical, and patient-centred standards of Atlantic Hongguang Clinic.
Requirements & Skills
Applicants must hold a recognised nursing qualification and be a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (NMC), with a valid professional licence and current registration. The candidate should have relevant clinical experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, outpatient, or community healthcare setting, with sound knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, medication administration, infection prevention and control, and basic emergency care. Applicants must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, compassion, integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team. Candidates must be physically and professionally capable of performing assigned nursing duties and must be willing to comply with all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality standards of Atlantic Hongguang Clinic.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
