Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all national and international pharmaceutical regulations related to import and export activities.
Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.
Supervise the procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
Review and verify documentation related to shipments, including invoices, certificates of analysis, and customs requirements.
Monitor product quality, safety, and efficacy throughout the supply chain.
Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
Requirements & Skills
Experience working with regulatory bodies and customs authorities.
Familiarity with good distribution practice (gdp) and good manufacturing practice (gmp).
Proficiency in documentation and compliance management systems.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
Valid Pharmacist license issued by a recognized regulatory authority.
Minimum of [2–5] years of experience in pharmaceutical import/export, regulatory affairs, or related field.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and international trade requirements.
