Responsibilities
Assess and monitor the physical and mental health status of elderly residents regularly.

Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and family members to manage care plans.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate, appropriate care.
Maintain detailed and accurate resident medical records.
Requirements & Skills
Deep patience, empathy, and emotional resilience required for handling senior patients.
Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills.
Experience in geriatrics or elderly care is an advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid NMC License.
