For Sale: 3 solid hardwood doors removed from TDC-built house Community 20 (1998 build). These are original TDC spec doors, NOT the wawa hollow doors sold today. Heavy solid wood, 1.5 inch thick. Very strong and termite resistant. Far better quality than new doors : Door 1 (D1 Front/Back photo): 80" H x 32" W x 1.5" Thick Door 2: 78.5" H x 32" W x 1.5" Thick Door 3: 80" H x 32" W x 1.5" Thick Condition / Locks: D1: Front handle works, back handle plate missing. Key does not turn. Door usable, needs new mortice lock (GHS 150 at timber market). SELLING AS WOOD VALUE. D2: Both front and back handles work fine. Key lock does not work - needs servicing/cleaning. D3: Both handles work, KEY LOCK WORKS - fully functional. Premium. White gloss paint, few shrinkage cracks (normal for 27 year old wood. No rot, no termite. Solid through.
