- Provide repair quotes, follow up on work progress, and keep customers updated.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure clear communication.
- Process invoices, payments, and hand over vehicles with quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and professional service reception area.
Requirements & Skills
- Valid driving license and confident driving skills.
- Basic Chinese communication is required .
- Strong customer service skills and good interpersonal communication.
- Basic computer skills for creating quotes and invoices.
- Prior experience in an auto service center is an advantage.
