Responsibilities
Prepare accurate roofing and construction quotations Measure site dimensions and calculate material quantities Estimate costs for roofing sheets, trusses, accessories, and labor Visit project sites for inspections and measurements Prepare BOQs and project cost reports Work closely with sales, operations, and production teams Follow up with clients regarding quotations and project updates Ensure projects stay within budget and material estimates
Requirements & Skills
● Strong knowledge in roofing and construction estimation
● Ability to read building plans and drawings Good mathematical and calculation skills Knowledge of roofing materials and trusses
● Ability to use Microsoft Excel and estimation software. Good communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
● Abilty to work under pressure and meet deadlines
● Ability to drive, with Valid driver license in advantage
Minimum Qualification Requirements
● Hnd, Diploma, or degree in building technology, construcrion, civic engineering
● Quantity Surveying or related field, minimum 2 years experience in roofing or construction estimate
● Experience in site measurements and boq preparation in advantage
