Responsibilities
Learn how our software products work.
Help manage the day-to-day operation of our software platforms.
Find potential business customers.
Contact businesses by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
Visit potential customers when necessary.
Demonstrate our software to business owners and managers.
Help customers register and start using our software.
Follow up with potential customers.
Collect customer feedback and report it to our software team.
Help create simple marketing content and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customers and follow-ups.
Help us understand what Ghanaian businesses need from our software.
Requirements & Skills
We are looking for an energetic, organised and confident person to help operate and market our software products in Ghana.
You do not need previous software-industry experience. We will train you to understand our products and demonstrate them to potential customers.
This role combines software operations, customer support, marketing and sales.
Most work will be based at our office in Tema Community 25, but you will sometimes need to visit businesses and meet potential customers.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Be confident talking to business owners and customers.
Have good communication skills.
Be comfortable using computers, smartphones and social media.
Be organised and good at following up.
Be willing to learn about software and AI.
Be proactive rather than waiting to be told everything to do.
Be comfortable occasionally visiting customers.
Be able to communicate clearly in English.
Live within reasonable travelling distance of Tema Community 25.
Previous sales or marketing experience is helpful but not required.
A valid Ghana driving licence is preferred, as the role may involve visiting customers.
Computer Requirement
You must have your own laptop/computer suitable for daily work.
Minimum Experience
2 years
